Go Up Go Down

I read the other day where a guy said he detected 8 hours straight with a certain brand detector and he hardly knew it was there and he didnt have tired arms !
What I want to know is how did he do it ? after 15 mins Im swapping hands and after about 21/2 hours I need a break .   I think Id need to lay down under a shady tree for a while if I did it 8 hours straight .  Any ideas on how to make it easy ?

You could fasten a hook in the middle of the shaft and use a sling around your neck . The only thing you have to do then is moving the coil to the left and right without carrying the whole weight of the unit .   Cornelius
