Need some Suggestions on a Raffle.

Thanks to Cache, we have a Cen-Teck pin pointer to work with.

I was thinking of doing a Raffle but ran into a stump on how to deal with it.

Some of us don't have Credit cards.

Some don't particularly like Pay Pal.

I was thinking of folks buying there ticket via Pay Pal in the Donation button.  

You don't have to have a account but do need a Debit or Credit card.

Tickets would cost $2.00usd each.

You would have to send me the last two digits of the Transaction Number and I will generate a Number dirived from that and they would be your ticket number. If you purchase more then One ticket, I would need to know that as to generate enough numbers for the Pick.

In the End there will be a Number Generated for every ticket purchase and Only I will know them.

Those numbers in the end will be placed unknown to anyone else, on this site for draw!  There will be only ONE number

picked!  I will make a Post in the Same Area and the First Number Picked  By a Member , will be the Winning Number.

 The  person to Pick that Number after posted will Win a secondary prize !

Secondary Prize will be of my choosing from the Bone Yard or Stock and Paid out.

I will Pay All Postage in the Lower 48 US States up to the amount of $10.00usd.

If the Prize is won by someone out side that area, they must cover the added expenses.
