OK I just checked my facts and they are wrong it happens a lot last May had 5 of each so were the 823 years came from I don't know. It has also happen in Oct. 5 times in the last 30 years

Probably some one figured that since August was special in that it had 5 Sunday, 5 Mondays, and 5 Tuesdays AND a Friday the 13th and it was listed as happening once every 823 years, October had to be equally rare.   But then again, even August wasn't that rare since August 1999, August 2004 and August 2021 all followed that particular pattern.
