right click on your desktop
click on properties
click on settings

what does it say under screen resolution?
that is your screen size for your desktop

The original file is a vector file and to have the compass be round on your desktop it has to be converted to your desktop size.

I saved it and edited it changed in strech scew to 300 by300 looks ok

ok, this is 1024x768

right click on the file name, compass1024x768.jpg , and use 'save file as'.
If you click on the picture you get a reduced size through the forum.
