Looks like a similar device from the description. Karpen's is in the ?Dimitrie Leonida? National Technical Museum from Romania.

The Smithsonian has a Tank Circuit that's been osculating about that long.  Is that the same.

I'm just hanging on line and can't check.

Show us a photo or a link to that Tank Circuit... :Smiley

No such thing. What kills all perpetual motion systems is friction and/or resistance. Overcome those things and you might have a chance of NEAR perpetual motion. Remember, a circuit load will add resistance which equates to friction.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

how about that magnet thing ?
DeVinchi had some cool perpetual motion things, Tesla I think knew a thing or two also "
Also the water wizard, cant think of the name. Will get back on that one later

Consider now the mechanism in the video that I posted (connected to an axle of an electric generator) under vacuum conditions....   What is the friction coefficient?   Waveing   Wink Cool

The resistance created by the load would stop it dead.

Just keep dreaming, mate.

Umm...You are wrong. In a vacuum you don't have friction. Only you have to be in mind that the generator needs ventilation and it must not be installed inside a vacuum area. Main magnet and magnet moving wheel can be installed inside a vacuum box... It is not a dream.. It is a fact.  Wink
