hey you guys and gals in here are pretty sharp on electronics and the  science of . i am sure you folks have seen whats happening with the suns flares and storms . do you think or know if it  it will have any effect on our machines/detectors if so  for the good or bad ? i hear it messes up gps and other stuff    and changes magnetics here on earth . but it is in a11 year cycle so if it does  has anyone expierienced any thing noticeable with your detectorsin years past coinciding with these type solar storms or wind ? with magnetics it could have negitive effects  but then  shouldn't there  be a possibility of positive effects as well or am i way off base on that  my angle of thought is if it messes /interferes with detectors  not good . but if it some how through magnetism could it also make  metalic objects  easier to detect. or if since their under dirt will its effects even be noticeable what do you guys /gals think any evidence either way  ? curios   josey

It (THEY) can effect any electronic circuits.

I have never noticed any effect but it sure could.

The added Ion in the Air alone could have effects.
