sorry to hear that dugwhat.....but if you can't swing you're detector, at least you can research areas that you want to hunt.

Been there dugwhat. I had back surg in 2007 and another this year. both fusion surgeries. Long time healing on the first. Be patient and dont go too hard in the beginning. I hope that you get better.
