or shall I say Golden Honey...lol...the local food pantry had some honey they couldn't use that was donated by a bee keeper and they donated it to the Toolbox Mead Fund...lol...55 pounds...wooooo hoooo its enough honey to make almost 20 gallons of mead. Thor and the other Mead Gods are shinning in Forksville this fine day.

Mead is Honey Wine...

...it's the drink the Vikings used...yo...hoooo
Mead = honey wine
Cyser = apple cider & honey wine
Melomel = fruit & honey wine
Pyment = grape & honey wine
Metheglin = herbs & honey wine
those are the different types of Mead

yea I started a 5 gallon batch of Traditional Show Mead...Yo...Hooo...I'll be singing Viking Songs when this is done...thats 2 years down the road...But Toolbox will drink no Mead before it's time...hehehe
