Go Up Go Down

Richard,

You vanished off the earth several years ago. Was wondering if maybe there is a chance you are still out there. A long time ago you sent me a videotape I would say it had to be back in 1998. On this tape you tell the history of several spanish treasure targets in California,Oregon and Washington one of the targets is the famous San Fransisco Xavier shipwreck and its cargo which was according to you buried on a beach somewhere in California.  The reason I am writing you this letter is that well I want to release some of the footage of the Xavier site that you made in a youtube video and not wanting to get my head chopped off for revealing what could still be considered very top secret info if you were still alive I dont want to step on anyones toes or make anyone mad so I am asking you permission to use the footage if you are EVEN STILL ALIVE??

Not that this videotape really reveals a location. But perhaps with the geography on the tape and google earth a modern treasure hunter could narrow it down.

Thanks for your time
Daryl

Hi Daryl, I remember Richard. Interesting guy. If you find him, let us know what he's up to as it's been a long time.

Just a suggestion, but perhaps you might want to look on Face Book for him.
FB is not my cup of tea, so I am not registered there (- besides their security is bad and I can burn up enough time on websites such as this).

If he was using You Tube he may well have a Face Book page.

There is a site called "mylife".

I have never used it but you push in someone's name ( Richard Walburn) and it will tell you how many people are looking for you and if anyone has left you a note etc,.......Think it's like 15 bucks?
Maybe finding someone else that is looking for him my have found him or no's his where abouts?

I have found several hard core treasure hunters and they dont use the internet social sites. You may have to track him down in his stompin grounds. Good luck.
