Hi all,
If you have Windows 7 computer operating system and have experienced the below problem, here is the solution.
If any of you happen to find your "All Programs" screen blank after clicking Start/ All Programs, here is the fix.

click START
Right click All Programs
click Open all users
click Programs
click New Folder (at top of page)
Name new folder- Program2

Now drag all your seldom used programs into this folder.
Restart computer-
click "Start/ All programs- If the screen is still blank move more programs into the "Program2" folder.
Restart again and check, eventually when enough programs have been put into the "Program2" folder your system will again be working as normal.
