okay so with no avail, I cannot id these and not sure if the last one is even a real coin .I really do appreciate all your input,
and knowledge the first one I think I may have posted before ,It is steel  and I really have no clue . the second and third not sure at all

first one definitly rightside  up, and they come from a mixed lot of coins I purchased so I dont know where they're from.

The first one looks like a wax seal impression maker for wrapping a package for sale. When you tie ribbon around a paper wrapped parcel, you can drop melted sealing wax on it and price the item embedded in the wax. It would be mounted on a stick with glue for use. When you do a reverse image, it says 5c. Until then it looks wrong and, yes, it is upside down. It's not a 2.
