What is the Status of Gold panning over there now?

hi its generally fine just 2 rivers where we have been banned from.but as Brian says its a dubious weak case in most peoples days diggings as to whether we are doing any damage worth prosecuting.the spot where the champs are we have about 30,000 acres of streams to dig no problems.
