Hi
I'm from Italy, what do you think of these stones found with a metal detector?have been found in non-military or war  and non-archaeological zone , are not pieces of iron because the neodymium magnet attracts them weakly, I think because the iron content is low, thanks

Hello Randaigo.  Very unlike those are meteorites.  Most meteorites are strongly attracted to the neodymium magnet.    More likely these are "clinkers" from coal or wood fired steam engines or radiator systems.  They are very common close to railroads.  Basically they are made up of all the stuff that was fed into the fire that would not burn.  That could included nails and other bits of metal that accidentally got scooped up in the shovel or was stuck in the wood.

thank you for your answer, however these are not the remains of combustion of some kind with embedded metal, as you say, by having in hand I can tell you with certainty, for example the Mesosiderites are agglomerates of fragments of silicates (rocky) and metal (iron-nickel) in a 1:1 ratio. , Then it is possible that the iron content is low
