 Hello To know more precision than what this object should be more data, such as measurements, the metal appears to be done, brightness, texture, color etc.etc.
An analysis that emerges spontaneously at the picture (which can be wrong), does give the impression that it is a Viking helmet rusty iron or brass can be too. Or may be "fossilized" to have fallen into the sea by the sandstone of the same also, according to the time that has been submerged ...
In short, the assumptions are many and varied!

There seems to be a problem with the translation programs in use.

From the dictionary "A concretion is a hard, compact mass of sedimentary rock formed by the precipitation of mineral cement within the spaces between the sediment grains."
