Found them on the beach .....
Markings are KF - VII - 11  37
Small one is 0.45 Western
Pic attached
Are they WW2 ?

Might be wrong here, but I think you've "polished" them?
I thought the "37" stamped on the base was the year of manufacture (1937).
I've found a few on the beaches around Margate with various stamps on the base like "42" and "43" etc.
I presumed that was a date?

They were thick hard compacted soil, buried about 9-10 inches below ground, put them in Vinegar to clean up, could not make out marks, so used good old JIF and a brillo pad.....
I think the same .....37 year of manufacture, loads of Pill boxes in area, large blocks on coast line, but not near where I got these....

Looks like British .303 and .45 ACP.   Both used in WWII and later.
