I leaned on it and broke the shaft on my AT Gold, completely my fault. I called Garret there sending me a new shaft for free. What a great Company! and what a great machine. The only thing that sucks is I can't go hunting for a few days. Unless I want to use my Bounty Hunter 505. I need to learn how to use it as well, so I can show my friend how it works.

Bounty Hunter is NO Snooze machine.

Duct Tap if it moves and is not supose to.

WD-40 if does not move and is Supose to.

Garrett is one of the Best on stuff like that.

I want to use my Bounty Hunter 505.

The 505 is a "turn on and go" machine with a few extra perks. Just turn it on and it's set right. Play with your controls a bit using some test coins and then go find targets. It's a terrific second machine for friends and, as you are about to find out, a great backup machine for those times when you best friend is s bit ill.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.
