For 49 years I didn't use a pin pointer. Went out today, hit a target, realized the ProPointer was not in the bag. Left the Vaquero, the bag, and Lesche digger there, went home, got the Garrett, and went back. Kiss.I've only gotten three or so keepers this year, and I would have had only one if the Garrett wasen't along..They were an Indian cent, shield nickel, and an old Silver ladies college ring....Nickel and ring were located by the Garrett..Yesterdat, a suspender clasp with a raised football..Never saw one like this before.. cordially Nad...PS just spoke to Tab Dog, he is alive and well. I just love mine!!! After seeing all the youtube videos, while learning about this hobby, I just had to have one.  Digging those holes can be tricky.  You  will love yours.

PS Nad, give Tab Dog my best!!!

Ok.....y'all have convinced me----it's time to break down and buy the wife a pinpointer (and maybe one for me too).....but at least she knows how to pinpoint with her detector.  Wink

Tried out the pro-pointer this morning at the park and it works great.  We were able to find our target in every single hole, as well as pinpoint it better so we didnt have to dig a crater to find what we were after.  Money well spent, no doubt about it.....wont leave home without it!

This was about 2-3 hours this morning just me and my boy.

I used my pinpointer on Sunday and I just love it.  It saves me so much time since once I find a target I can use the pinpointer above ground to find the correct place to dig.  Saves so much time and I do not have to dig as much!  LOVE IT, LOVE IT!

I am glad that I had an Automax first to really appreciate what I have now. :Smiley

I bought a used Garrett Pro Pointer. It saves me time and makes target recovery so easy.
The Pro Pointer and a coin probe gets most all coins to 4", well worth the price. HTH

I absolutly love my pinpointer.  It works better than I expected and it saves a lot of time digging since a lot of times I can hold my pinpointer above the grass and it will let me know exactly where to dig.

I told my friend to buy one but she bought a bounty hunter and she regrets not spending the extra money since she is always borrowing mine when we go out together. Grin

I purchased the Garrett Pro pinpointer about 3 weeks ago, it's a great tool and easy to use. Also I would add that it appears to be well made.
