I suggest you learn to use it first and then decide whether you really need them based on your experiences.

Garrett has not ever turned out a bad machine as far as I'm concerned. I still use my 40 year old Groundhog.

Your stock coil is just fine. I suggested you use it for a while because you will most likely discover it is just perfect for your needs.
