I just purchased a used Vintage Garrett beach hunter at3, can anybody tell me how old? Is this a good detector? Any help would be appreciated

The AT-3 is a formidable water tight  VLF.

Limited on the Discrimination a bit but workable.

You will find tons of goodies.

I'm in the same boat as you, I'm taking it away over Christmas so going to be a bit of a learning curve.
