In East Java there is a place called Turen . It is/ was a rubber factory . They built a pipeline from a lake on the side of a hill to feed a water turbine . In order to have enough water in the lake they dredged the bottom . This dredged material , mostly sand , they piled in two small mounts on the side of the lake . This area is overgrown with brush and grass right now .  In this dredged sand there were a lot of three inch Indian Deity figurines . A sweep with a metal detector would certainly have a very good result since there wer plent of these gigurines in the mud . At the time I was there I did not bother with these valuable figures . Now I am too old to go back there .  Cornelius
