steaua581,

I will not say that genuine treasure maps absolutely do not exist, but ask yourself "if this is a genuine map, why would they sell or give it to me rather than using it to find the treasure themselves".
You would be much better off spending your time in the library studying the history of the area and taking notes or listening to old people talk about how places have changed and what so and so supposedly did years ago than you would be looking for a "treasure" map.   On the other hand old maps can help you a lot because they will show you where forgotten roads and river crossings may have been---and those places may have the treasure you are seeking.

DavidRumsey.com has old historical maps from your area. I did a search for Romania and 45 maps were found. None will have treasure X on them as BA wisely explained. From your description of where you live, bet you could just start Detecting and find a lot.
