ArfieBoy asked the question I was wondering as well -- is this in Algeria? I didn't see an answer to this. We have had posts from Algeria before concerning carvings in rock. Algeria has a significant number of such carvings. From what I read, much of it is more like art as opposed to being a map. Some of the symbols on your rock are repeated a number of times are are also seen on other rock art in Algeria.
