Hiya all,
The first is a lead soldier found in damp black sand.
Then an unusual button obviously not old, I'm certain it's a crossbow lying on top of a big cat. But has anyone seen one like it? Any ideas?
Finally an American style dragster bike. One for the bikers.

Well Sue,
We can't expect to get rings every time out.
Since our short vacation it's been pretty lean, but all that should change on the 17th of this month when the Glasgow folks are on holiday and our area is one of their fave places to stay.
Keeping our fingers crossed  and having a good stock of batteries, we can't wait till they get here.

True - can't expect rings every time. I seldom find them myself - 9 times trash, I assume 10th beep is and say phooey too often.

Set up some stands in choice spots and offer lots of slippery oil at bargain prices to those Glasgow touristas.   Smiley

Neat finds.  I liked seeing the bike.  The cat is also very interesting as well as the soldier.  Hopefully you have some great luck once the tourists get there.  Keep us updated.

I gotta say, I like the soldier best myself, because I'm a military buff.  But, the cat and arrow is pretty cool too!  Keep up the good finds!!

Thanks folks for the kind replies,
Thought I'd let you all know that we didn't really appreciate the lead soldier much, so we gifted it to a fellow detector who's very into military items about 40 miles from us.
We're pleased to say he was delighted with it and it has gone to a good home.
