Go Up Go Down

My Dad has an old Whites that we used to use occasionally, but it's from the '70s and I was looking to get something a bit more modern to use on my weekends. I know there must be some dealers in this area, but am not sure where to find them. Best Buy doesn't carry these things Smiley

Wal-Mart and Harbor Tools both sell them if you have one in the area.

Otherwise, chieck out KellyCo who ships worldwide. On some detectors, shipping is free - depending on their sale of the moment.

Thanks very much. I was looking for something reasonably close and that's not too far. I didn't want to just order online from Best Buy, because it's kind of hit and miss in terms of what you get if you're starting out with not much info. Appreciate the link. I'll be calling him shortly Smiley

I got my detector from Kellyco, I think it was 70 bucks to ship, plus gst and a few other fees when it got to the door to make 100 all together for that part, but as I was getting 400+ off, it was still a better deal that most of the other places I was at.

I second HardRockDuke's recommendation. Jeff at Middlesex Detectors is a good guy to deal with and is highly recommended on the Canadian forum.

Thanks everyone. I ended up getting a Tesoro Silver Umax from Jeff at Middlesex Detector Sales. I'm very pleased with it, if not yet with my ability Smiley

Tesoro makes some really hot detectors. Good choice.
