Just curious.  That's the one I own and have never really used before now.  Its ten years old and I don't think they make them any more.  I was curious as to what other owners would say about its performance such as its depth capabilities.

Think what GD is getting at is you can have the best detector out there and if you don't take time to learn it and is tones and actions you will never be happy. A guy with a 200 dollar Bounty Hunter that knows his detector will out hunt a guy with a 1200 dollar detector every time. As I have said before the guy with the most knowledge will always come out ahead.
