have any of my friends from AZ. ever detected rich hill for nuggets ? I'd like to do it maybe this winter,, my brother in law lives in phoenix I guess its close to there ---thanx heathen-1

Hey Heathen,   I haven't hunted at rich hill (yet), BUT at our last Arizona Treasure Unlimited meeting one of the members gave a talk on hunting nuggets with a metal detector.   He brought along some that he had found there as well as pictures of others that he had found in the same general area.    And yes, Phoenix would make a good base for you for not only Rich Hill but a few other areas in south central Arizona.
