that site searches all craiglist postings in the US. There are literally thousands of detector postings on the site. Many are overpriced junk, but occassionally you can find a great deal. Like a Tesoro Silver Umax for $100, or the Fisher 1265x for $25, or the Eldorado for $115. I would have bought everyone of those, but I was too slow. Another site to look at is metaldetectorreviews.net a wealth of valuable information on that site.

Good Luck

Sean

I would like to thank each and everyone for all of the input on choosing a MD. Every single reply truly had a lot of information and I will do some research, narrow what I would like the MD to do and finally chose a brand/model, then start looking all the places I have been told about. As soon as I find something I will post it as my first find.
Thanks again,
Michael
