SOME TIMES PEOPLE CLEAN OUT OLD HOUSES OR DEMOLISH THEM OR WHATEVER & THEY TAKE EVRYTHING TO THE CLOSEST PLACE THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH DUMPING IT...HERE IS A PIECE OF HOLLOWARE BY F B.ROGERS 1883 THAT I BEEPED @ A DUMP SITE BOUT 5-6 MILES FROM WHERE I LIVE. NICE OLD SILVER ON COPPER PIECE..I'M SURE THEY CAN BE FOUND @ A DUMP NEAR YOU!
GOOD STUFF IS EVERYWHERE. Grin

Pretty kool find there Doc! I have done some eyeballing at various dumps over the years and found some neat stuff but never thought to detect them. Thanx for the idea! Nice link to the silver marks site too.
