Well Folks it's that time of year again, time to take the family camping , doesn't matter if you camp with a Tent or Travel trailer or a Motor home; What I want to know is what is your best find while Camping ? ?

For me it was on a sandy / dirt beach type area a wedding band a ear ring and a small screwdriver all with in a 6" circle
sorry couldnt find the polaroid to scan , that's how long ago it was.

But we still take a Metal detector with us when we go. and still hunt .

So let's hear about your Camping & metal detecting Finds !!

Just remember no hunting in most Fed and State run campgrounds. And Always cover your holes back up !

 I have not been camping in some time now.When I was just a lil feller my dad use to take old blue with him and if memory serves me right he made some finds but nothing to quit his job over.  Smiley
Maybe when or if I go camping again I might just take a machine with me.The Adirondack mountains is a great place to camp and the state boys has no problem of me using a detector on their land,they just don't want me to retrieve or dig anything from the ground.

Treasure comes in many forms, it doesnt always always have to be in the form of metal or gold.

Rocks or animals or just a perfect sunset can be a treasure also.  as long as your among Family and the ones you love,

there is nothing better.
