depth detecting and precious stone

You are not going to find any machine that is going to detect precious stones (gems like rubies, emeralds, diamonds, etc), unless they are with coins or jewelry or in a metal box.   In that case, you detect the metal---not the stone.    Anyone who tells you they have a detector that can detect precious stones is just trying to separate you from your hard-earned money. 

(and yes, there are machines that will tell you if a diamond or other stone is genuine, but they will NOT do it at a distance).

Add to that...
If you are talking gold nugget (small) single coin etc then you WONT find any detector that will find them at the depths you are talking about.
ABSOLUTE maximum is going to be around 30 - 35 cm for coin, substantially less for gold nugget and that's with the very best machine you can buy.
If you are talking "cache" then maybe (depending on size) 1.5 - 2m
Anyone who tells you different, is again, just trying to part you with your hard earned.
Stay WELL AWAY from any kind of "LRL" they simply do not, can not, or with current technology, never, will find anything.
