 I would like to know if anyone has ever done business with discount detector sales INC out of Crawfordsville IN.
I bought a product on line from this company on 03-02-2011 and too this date I have not received the product of even a e-mail for ship out date.The shipper was to be UPS but I have no tracking number.I have tried a total of six attempts to contact this company "3 e-mails / 3 phone messages" Nobody will get back to me over the past week.Something smells rotten in the state of denmark.  No no!
If anyone on here has had any dealing with this company let me know how it went for you...

Stop payment? (at the bank if written a check) if you paid with a credit card, contact them (the credit card company) and stop payment maybe. Also paypal has a way of working with  you if you used it and do not receive your item...just a thought. good luck?!

Yep even as it was only $30.95,I still expect to at the very least get my money back.
First I have to check today and see if that amount was ever taken out of my account.If so then I will contack my bank and see about a charge back into my account.
This is the first time I have EVER had any problems in ordering items online.
For some reason if I'm not mistaken i think I have ordered from discountdetector.com in the past,at least it sounded familiar to me.... Undecided
Well I'm sure I will get this straightened out in the near future.
But if not then.......well......... Club

Good news   After talking with my bank and checking for the amount to be withdrawn then by company name it would seem that discountdetector.com did not retrieve any funds from my account.  Great
I do order online all the time for some years now and I have never has a problem. Cool
I have to accept fault on this one also for not following procedure and checking statements first. Bang Head
A lesson to me, always check for a withdraw first  Idea  Shocked
Still I wonder whats up with this company ?  Undecided
I received one e-mail the same day as the order to confirm that they received the order and to stand by for e-mail to confirm ship out.And the second e-mail never happened.
After 8 attempts total to get in contact with this company you would think that I could of caught someone to tell my that there was no such order.
All I can say is STAY AWAY,STAY FAR AWAY from these non communicating mo foes. Idiot

Well anywho I'm glad it all worked out and a lesson learned today.
