I read them so many times they wore out!! Still have some of Karl's books. Probably collectors items now!. Been on the lookout  Shocked for years. Someone has some cached away somewhere.........

I'm slowly but surely building up a complete collection.   Trouble is when I get done with them, they'll either be worthless or they'll make my heirs a lot of money because I'm sure making a lot of notes in them.
