Don't know when it will be finished but here are some pix a friend took for me. It is .200 thick x 11/2 x 6 3/4 M-2 (high speed steel)
about 10 hours so far.Any suggestion for a handle? Shapening isn't going to be fun. The hole in the center is to epoxy a magnet.

my brother in law made me a digger with a handle that had a screw off top,perfect for coins,rings and whatnot,i'll get some pics tonite for ya.........looks wicked Cool

I like the blade length and the "storage" handle on the gladiator, but I really like the edge and the magnet placement on Epi's (assuming the magnet doesn't get lost).

Looks like a good heavy duty tool. Just make sure you reinforce the handle because you know it will become a prybar at some point Wink
