:-\I've been checking a site that makes pretty amazing claims for their location detectors. Like finding treasure 30 ft underground or can detect metal in area the size of a football field from one location. Are these claims legit, the prices for these machines gets pretty expensive. Now if they can really do these things, well might be worth a try. What you think people? Wise

That I understand, but check their site, some machines go for thousands. They look quite sophicated. I'm not going to buy one but wondering if these type of locators are just a lot of smoke.

Some people can be sold anything.
That's why we used to teach "caveat emptor" (buyer beware).   It is still an important rule for honest buyers to follow, but we've reached a point in society where so many people are trying to take advantage of honest sellers and/or regulate them out of business  that we need to teach "exigo caveo" (seller beware) also.

BA

Some people try to flog supposed treasure hunting instruments that are nothing but a empty box with wires coming out.  LOL
