	Getting permission to hunt « on: November 21, 2010, 06:32:48 pm »

Where I live there are alot of old farm houses out in the country.I have hunted some with permission from people I know and have had some nice finds.
The problem I have is that I do not know everone and there are lots of houses/yards I would Like to hunt.
Seems strange to me to go up knock on a complete strangers door and ask If I can hunt their yard.
What is the best approach to take to get permission to hunt some of these places?

Went to the site,could not get my pc to play any of the podcast.

Is there a secret to getting the podcasts to play?

V-Burgh, did you click the arrow and not get anything? Try clicking on the POD icon, or the heavy-print "Direct download: 059firstdet2.mp3" line at the bottom of the box.

If neither of those work, send me your email address and I'll send you a copy direct. (Write me at danhughesmail@gmail.com).

Others have told me they can't play the podcast because they need to update some program in their computer, but I don't know what program that is. Can anyone help with this?

Did both,Pod icon-Direct download.Windows can not open.
Seems to be a decent site but if people cant view the videos seems to be pretty much useless.
Maybe the owner of the site should put the videos in a more compatible format.

V-burgh, they aren't videos, they are audio files. No pictures will appear!

And for most people, the programs play when they click on them.

It's my understanding that the problem is not with the programs or the site, but with individual computers that lack some particular program that will allow them to play MP3 audio files.

Send me your email address and I'll send you the file and we'll see if THAT works.

V-burgh, I got this note from another member:

I couldn't get the PODcast to run with a click. I got a permission error. I did a 'save target as' and then opened it and it worked fine.

To do a "save target as" you have to right-click your mouse.

Did the [save target as] and everything worked great.
The podcast are great and very informative.
Hope more people find out about this site,I think they will enjoy as much as I did.
