Depth- enhancing boxes added to your detector can enable your detector to reach down deeper into the soil. Have you ever used any of these units and if so, which ones did you use? How did it do? Did it help the detector reach an extra few inches into the soil?

I didn't have the depth enhancer box you mention, but, I do own a pair of Superphone 2001 which I believe is made by the same company. yes while I do not know about an increase in depth I do know that those weaker signals that are normally iffy become recognizable when these phones are used. They feature a detachable cord so if yours shorts out you simply order a replacement for it. Beats buying a whole new set of phones. And in addition, they hold tight against your ears and shuts out 90% of background noise. They use a #675 hearing aid battery (the kind that are air activated)

I am in the process of creating a small booklet of research and hunting tips for a small fee. Please watch this space for updates. Thanks for looking and/or responding to my posts
