Personally I would give the Bandido II umax a very slight edge just because of the ground balance control which allows you to make adjustments in the field rather than relying on factory settings.. Other than that, they are nearly identical machines.

i was told that tesoro have life time Warranty would the life time Warranty still be good even if its second hand and has had one or 2 owners

Technically, no.....but Tesoro has a very good reputation of either honoring the warranty anyway or giving the client much more/better service than they expect on the rare occasions that their machines need service. (Keep in mind, I speaking about their US service. I can't really say anything about their UK service which would probably be through their Laser affiliate).
