im planning to buy metal detector for gold, suggestion please what is the best for my budget 700$ best choice for me waterfroof cause i will use it in Philippines on my vacation there..

This is a good suggestion. I have one and it is equally good on land and under water. Salt or fresh water. A good companion. Limited by the fact it is a PI machine. I carry along my Tesoro Compdadre just to have a full range on land.
