Never= unless I have some issue, like a cracked wire, scrached ID lens, or somthing like that, of if I am having questionable performance, in any of these cases, I call=NO E MAIL, the company-service dept and ask for a solution=NO E MAIL, they are easily ignored or misplaced at the factory/service dept.
