For the first time I fouund a coin honey hole, (i will post the picture when they are clean enough to reconize) all clad except one .50cent piece.

so my question is this what is your favorite coin, that you have a chance of finding a few times each year,  not your once in a lifetime find but one thats apt to show up.

for some reason I had it in my mind I really wanted to find a 1/2 dollar which i did today.
I have not dug much more than farming relic's here and lots of rusted iron, but today I had a spot I walked away from and quit digging low tones for the silver,,,,,,knowing i have lots of repeat returns to this spot

I LIKE THEM MERCS.THEY NEVER CEASE TO AMAZE ME.THEY'LL POP UP LOTS CAUSE LOTS OF DETECTORS DONT SNIFF'M FOR ONE REASON OR ANOTHER

DO YOUR HONEY HOLE WITH DIFF. APPROACH EACH & EVERY TIME YOU GO~NOR/SOU~E/W~STRAIGHT LINE~CIRCLE PATTERNS.

THEN WHEN THE DAY COMES YOU FEEL YOU GOT IT ALL~GO BACK LOOKIN FOR NICKELS ONLY~PROGRAM YOUR BABY TO SNIFF AS MANY DIFF TYPES OF NICKELS YOU CAN GET YOUR HANDS ON. USE THE SMALLEST CURSOR.IF YOU HEAR A WHISPER~DIG IT! Grin

The Mercs are quite nice.  I always enjoy pulling those out of the ground.
