My wife must have some spy cameras set up in the office or something. Not two minutes ago, here's what happened as I was busy looking at specifications before I buy another detector.

Wife: "Are you looking at metal detectors again?"

Me: "No,dear. I'm surfing for porn."

Wife: "Well, OK then."

I was tempted to put this in the joke section, but that just actually happened.

My situation is the exact opposite.  I look at detectors and get accused of looking at porn. Shocked     Just cant win sometimes.

I don't surf for or look at porn either but we play the game to keep the peace. She never complains when I bring home gold, silver and coinage. She also knows that those buckets full of coins are far more in value just for this year than all of my detectors put together so she really doesn't complain for real. Just in a teasing way. But she's right. I truly don't need another.

Darn it all.

I'm not sure which of the following would bug my wife if she caught me surfing them:  porn, politics, or metal detectors.   As far as she's concerned anything that keeps me from giving her my undivided attention is BAD.   (of course, she does have a multitude of saving graces including enjoying swinging the detector on overnight trips.....the last trip though, I had to stop detecting and run off to get her and point her back in the right direction.   She was half way to Los Angeles and headed towards some strangers' camp thinking it was ours  Smiley )

No.. never been into the p sites but as GD stated its all for fun. Think its what keeps us together [the humor and little jokes]
All she she does is complain and all i do is listen....That's what keeps a marriage together.Its to bad many others out their
cant figure it out...You have an idea but hers is better,learn to meet in the middle and all is happy.20 yrs and still going
strong,Guys, its not always about you.Give a little and you might be surprised on the return..That new detector just might
be yours  Cheesy Cheesy
