No, not THAT kind of strip search!

Did you know that in most communities, it is perfectly legal for you to hunt those grassy strips in front of homes between the sidewalk and the street?

This is because those strips are owned by the city, not the homeowner.

But does this mean you should feel free to hunt those strips without permission?  Not on your life!

This show explains it all.

Did you know that the City still holds the Home Owner responsible for the Maintenance of that stuff?

Did you know that the Side walk belongs to the City but if someone trips on it , they can sue the Home Owner?

Did You know that if I caught you digging mine up, (NOT THAT I HAVE ONE) I would sick my Dogs on you! LOL

Yep, I would!

Two of my four would show you the door not locked and then the Steaks in the Freazer.

One of them thinks it's A great White Shark! Grin

Does that mean it would eat the steaks, or the intruder???   Grin

Dan,  when I saw the link to this post I thought, 'yeh...  But...  .  I see you have addressed that in your post and link.  Homefire said the rest for me!   Grin

By the way, Dan, I'm enjoying your book "The Metal Detecting Manual" that I bought a while back.  I'm just taking my own sweet time going through it, and I like it very much!  Thanks for writing it.    Detecting
