Small world! I don't ham much. only Technician license. I'm studying for the General so that I'll have it for 2011 when the solar flares are peaking. My DX ham seems just so quiet it's very disappointing. The only thing really hopping is my 2m and 70cm unit. And, of course IRLP through those two bands.

I tend to be a very curious person. and wondering what little gem of history, might be hiding here. drives my need to explore. If you think doing this will make you rich, your in the wrong hobby. every one of us have found something that made us excited by the sheer luck of the find., only you can decide if you want to keep doing it or not...

I have been making some good contacts on 20M in the evenings with the grey line. I can't wait for the solar maximum and the sun spots to come back!

There are certainly worse things you could do.. like watching dancing with the stars, or American Idol, the list goes on... I'd rather be pulling the dead hairs out of my cat than wathing TV. HA! Now, renting a movie, that's another story.
