And it is a great answer any time any one wants to know how to get anything free.
Nothing in life is free---even if something is given to you, it still cost someone somewhere some thing (maybe not money, but something). And from a strictly personal standpoint, "free" usually turns out to be VERY expensive in terms of favors expected in return or maintenance required, or something else.
