Excellent story, info and site. All true, makes sence. Rember that in the older times banks where usually to far away to just go make a withdrawl, banks where not as secure as the dirt bank on the old farm. Situations came up that where not planned that required money transfers now.  Folks mostly depended on them selves and family and not the actions of others to deal with their finances. when it came to money there was not a lot of trust with others in that reguard, money ,food and water is the total key to survival. i can easiely imagine that there is more money still buried than the gold at fort knox just waiting for folks like us to find. YIPPPPEEEE!
