I am in the process of scheduling an interview with the author of the ebook - "The Successful Treasure Hunter's Secret Manual - Discovering Treasure Auras in the Digital Age". His name is David Villanueva and he resides across the pond. So this interview will most likely take place on a Saturday afternoon if we want callers to be able to participate.

Anyway..

I purchased the book last night and was reading it today.. truly an intriguing idea and may help out with my scouting for new places to detect. You can read about it and see a demonstration video on my blog. I will let you know when I have the interview date set.

Just a rational observation here....but, I also purchased this book several months ago. I found it to be a waste of time, and money. I would not recommend David Villanueva's book to anybody.

Promoting this type of nonsense certainly does not aid our hobby in any aspect...in my opinion.

I guess each individual finds information useful for their own purpose. All treasure hunting theories and methods are open to interpretation yet we don't automatically negate their effectiveness in the field. One could say the same thing about dowsing. And other "Long range" methods. I think the idea is to keep an open mind and learn as much as we can. He will be a guest on the program, and you are more than welcom to call in and question  him as to the areas you feel may be bogus or a waste of time.
Here is the letter "e" that fell off of the word Welcome in the reply above =)

Digital equipment with the correct filters or lighting can do very impressive things. Watch the video. Research digital technology and visible light / infrared light.

Yea, RIGHT!

This post started in 2010 and nothing ever became of it.  Guess it didn't pan out.

I can show you hundreds of photos of fabulous finds by gizmo's!    No Proof of if the Gizmo worked but cool photo's!
