Time to Winterrize !
 

Just a suggestion for the way I winterize my equipment.

I used to do electrical work in the past one electronics and design work.

Here is a tip for keeping moisture out of circuits that where exposed to the elements.
 
We always gave them a light spraying with WD-40. This would repel the moisture off the internal boards and keep the contacts from corroding for the battery contacts.

This proves to be very helpful for the mist from the beaches where I metal detect.

It does not make them water proof just water resistant.

Hope this tip helps others.
