thats a monster,bet that gave a blow my ears of signal,no way you can miss that,its like them English cart wheel pennies,still nice find,how the hell can any one loose some thing as big as that,do you get much WWII schrapnell where you are,,mikek

It is 5 kopeks. Czarina Elizaveta II. This coin laid 20 meters from former post office. I had to dig ca. 25 cm to get it.
Well... we have lot of WWII things in Estonia incl. schrapnell. Week ago I found weapons too. Not usable anymore - hidden under tree roots, but still interesting finding. Weapons were Russian DP-27 and German MP-40. In Estonia we have lot of military searchers. I am interested mostly of coins - much safer  Smiley

me too mate,I try to avoid places where schrapnell an other war remains are,but some times you cant avoid it,the shit is every where,but still we do a good job cleaning that crap up,,keep the finds coming,,HH mikek

It seems I got lot of luck thanks to You guys!!!  Great Found another one today, its from year 1794.
I just have not cleaned it yet. On the first one, as You see, I used electrolysis - it has left some visible marks on the coin.
