If you have a broken plastic bolt where your coil attaches to the rod you can use a nylon bolt and nylon nut used to anchor a toilet to the floor. They come in sets of two so you would have a spare

Most Decent Hardware stores have a good selection of Nylon and other plastic bolts as well.

These guys do free samples as well!   Hmmmmmmmmmmm!

Toilet seats also come with those nylon bolts and nuts. Very handy if you need a replacement!
