Hi, Anyone know a source in the UK where I can get some cheap off-cuts of foam tube.

I need to re-place my grips on my Tesoros (all one size) and Fishers  (larger box to pole type)

With "dealers" asking ?5-?6 each, there must be a cheaper option?   Any help please?

Try a bicycle shop. A single hand grip with the end cut off works great.

Also try a home improvement store / hardware store for foam pipe insulation with black elec tape wraped over it , does pretty good.

Allthough i do believe the bicycle hand grips would work better.
